This is an invitation to work out next week

at Mr Hasfjord's Green Hills location,

before everyone moves to the new location in August!

There will be NO classes at USN until after the 4th of July.

Ms Savannah Whited has graciously agreed to continue classes

while Mr Hasfjord and Ms Wieczerza are at Nationals.

Master Gray will teach Tuesday night.

Here's the schedule:

This Saturday: 10:45 - noon all ages class

Monday - 6:30-8:00pm all ages class

Tuesday - 4:30-5:30pm kids class,

then 6:30-8:00pm all ages taught by Master Gray.

Wednesday - 6:15-7:15pm women/girls only class,

then 7:30-8:30pm all ages

Thursday - 4:30-5:30pm kids class,

then 6:15-8:30pm Hapkido class (ages 13 and up)

Sat 4th - closed.
